SHIPPING METHODS

Because of the volume of contact lenses that we ship, we are able to keep approximately 75% of all possible contact lens prescriptions in stock.

Shipping Times: Approx. 2-5  business days for processing with an additional 2 - 4 weeks shipping time for the $12 flat rate & free shipping option.

If your prescription falls into the most common parameters we will process your order the day we receive it and ship it either that day or the following day. Orders received between 4:30 PM (EST) on Friday and 9:00 AM (EST) Monday will be processed Monday and shipped as soon as possible-pending availability of the contact lenses ordered.

Please keep in mind that if you order a less common prescription it may take slightly longer to process, especially toric lenses (which often have to be special-ordered and can take up to an additional 5-7 business days to process before being shipped). We appreciate your patience. If a product is not in stock, it will be shipped when received andprocessed.

We guarantees low prices on your contact lenses, but in order to cover the increasing costs of labor, packaging and the possibility of lost or damaged shipments, we may charge up to 5% handling and insurance fee. We absorb as much of these extra costs as possible so that we can continue to provide our customers with the lowest possible prices. This handling and insurance charge is included in all totals displayed throughout the ordering process.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are not able to send Courier deliveries to P.O. Boxes, Rural Routes, campsites and general delivery addresses.
